Apart from fulfilling the reading needs of the child in the most economical way, a library provides great exposure to new and different books. Children and parents are generally aware of popular books through their peers or online sources. They miss exploring beyond that. Joining a library can give them exposure to some extraordinary books which they will not know otherwise. In a nutshell, a library membership widens their horizon and gives them access to all reading resources under one roof.

School libraries are a great source but they are limited in their collection and child can only browse a designated shelf or rack as per her/his class. The collection is generally only popular books and not upgraded regularly. This limits the child's exposure to different and new genres of books. Also school libraries restriction of borrowing one or two books a week does not fulfil the need and requirement of voracious readers. This gap is fulfilled by our library!

Reading is to mind what exercise is to body. Just as there is no right or wrong age to start exercising, same applies to reading. You can start reading to your child from birth or even when the child is in teens. It's never too early or too late. Yes we design customised book sets for young children. This is done after talking to the child, understanding her/his interests and guiding and selecting books accordingly. Many of our library members trust our selections for their child. We have been doing this successfully for years now.

Yes, our membership plans are unique and the kind of value for money they give is extra ordinary. Due to the uniqueness of our plans, we do not have to restrict our books collection to one type of books/toys. We can add books ranging from Rs 30/- to Rs1000/- to the library collection. This makes our collection vast and diverse. Its a great value for money. Must try once!

Yes, The treasure Trove is a physical library also located in Sec 50 Gurgaon. You can visit the library and spend hours browsing and reading the books at library. This facility is complimentary for members. Non members can spend time at the library by paying on hourly basis.

We have close to 11000 books and 1000 toys in the library. New books are added regularly to the collection. We also add books on members request. If a member is looking for a particular book that is not available in our collection, we buy that book specially for the member, after considering it's movement probability.

As per our membership plans, you can borrow as many books that come within the value of your plan. Number doesnt matter. It is as per the cost of the book or toy, it could be two books/toys at a time or even 10 books/toys at a time.

The member can keep books/toys set as long as the child wants. There is no late fee. However please note: Each plan gives four exchanges in a month. The member can exchange books at own frequency and pace. There is no time frame within the current cycle. But, if a member does not exchange books/toys set all four times, the remaining exchanges are not carried forward to next month cycle. Same applies to quarterly, half yearly and yearly plans. Members can keep one set for two months also. In that case, the member is liable to pay two months fee for one set of books/toys. So to get complete value for money, it's advisable to exchange books/toys four times a month.

Yes, members can take a break. Return the issued books/toys set and freeze the membership. No fee will be charged for that period of time. However, as long as the member has library book/toys set, the membership is considered active and payable. Eg- if issued books/toys set is returned after 2 months it DOESN'T mean that the member has NOT USED the library services. A library is a rental service. As long as the member has books/toys set, even if its one set for 2 months the member is liable to pay 2 months fee.

Members are informed about the 'Renewal Due Date' when they visit or via whatsapp messages. The payment can be done via UPI apps, NEFT or cash. There is a 15 days grace period for subscription renewal. If it's not renewed within 15 days, an additional charge of 10% of the membership fee is levied after that. The quarterly, half yearly and yearly discounts become inapplicable in this case. Kindly Note: This step has been taken to avoid spending our excessive time and energy on renewal follow ups which sometimes get delayed by months. Hope you understand!

You can communicate with us through whatsapp messages, facebook, instagram and phone calls. However, all the updates from library are shared with members through whatsapp broadcast. It's the fastest way to send the message. To receive all updates, its important for you to save the library phone number(+91 99104 61041) in your contact list. Otherwise you might miss receiving updates.

Security is refunded through cheque or cash, after clearing all pending dues, if any. Kindly give us a week's notice whenever you plan to leave the membership. Please note: We do not commit the refund immediately in case the member walks in without any prior information or notice.
